Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most products, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@bazaarfry.com and provide your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping charges (if applicable). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods, such as food and flowers
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@bazaarfry.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
